You will join an international IT organisation undergoing significant change: new platforms, new ways of working, and new expectations for quality.ย While development teams focus on building and enhancing their solutions, your role is to secure the quality of these solutions endtoendย -ย creating clarity around testing needs, driving automation standards, and strengthening our ability to deliver stable releases in an increasingly complex environment.ย

Keyย Responsibilities

As Senior Test Manager, you take responsibility for quality across the full lifecycle of the applications you support. You will be part of a dedicated QA team of five Test Managers, working closely with DevOps, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers to ensure shared goals, clarity, and effective delivery.ย

A core focus of your role will be to build andย maintainย automation frameworks (primarily in C# with Playwright), manage testing activities within the projects, and mentor testing resources to develop reliable automated regression suites that strengthen our release cycles.ย You will help embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring earlier defect detection and greaterย release-confidence.ย

Alongsideย automation, you willย analyseย requirements and user stories, translate them into comprehensive test cases, and ensure end-to-end scenarios are covered. You willย identifyย defects with precision, document them clearly, and collaborate with developers to secureย timelyย resolution.ย ย

What You Bringย

We are looking for someone with:ย ย 

  • 5+ years in test leadership or senior test roles with a proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworksย for software testing.ย 

  • Proven experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks, including handsโ€‘on work with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Tosca,ย Leapwork, or Cypress.ย 

  • Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python and practical experience with API testing using tools like Postman.ย 

  • A solid manual testing foundation supported by ISTQB certification, with the ability to translate requirements into comprehensive, highโ€‘quality test scenarios.ย 

  • A structured, transparent, and detailโ€‘oriented approach that strengthens alignment and test coverage across teams.ย 

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in international, crossfunctional environmentsย
