Brief task description
You will be a new member of our TransVital Test team.
In this position you will have the opportunity to work with experts from Hitachi Rail GTS Romania and Austria in a very dynamic and complex environment and also will be responsible for testing the TransVital (Linux based SIL4 platform).
Description
Test of complex and safety-critical application software for the railway field, including:
Specification of Test Cases on Requirements basis
Implementation of Test Cases subsystem test
Software Integration test, including automation of Test Cases
Execution automated tests (99.9%) and manual tests (0.1%)
Support of test environments, tools and simulation
Evaluation of the test output (coverage, traceability, progress)
Test documentation (Test Case Specification, Test Reports, etc)
Regular test reporting
Required Qualifications and Skills
路Advanced knowledge of Linux
路Script Languages: bash, shell utilities, Expect/TCL, Python
路C Programming language
Ability to understand and interpret product specifications
A good understanding of the business approach
Good communications and consultancy skills
Good problem solving and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of computer networks fundamentals
Would be a plus:
Knowledge of JIRA, Doors, ClearCase, Git, SVN
Experience in Railway Business: testing SIL4 SW
Testing of complex software systems under usage of technical means like simulators and scripting languages
Personal competencies:
Solution oriented, team-working
Intercultural communication, including the empathy to work in an international team
Education:
Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Transportation, Electronics, Computer Science , Cybernetics , Mathematics, Physics, or similar
