The Role

We need a techie who is active in open-source projects and loves figuring out how to work smarter not harder. You’ll be creating momentum within the team as we journey towards seamless CI/CD and fully automated pipelines. You are someone who has the passion to help us drive the shift toward a modern Quality Engineering (QE) mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Help the team drive CI/CD in the team, turning "deployment readiness" into a fast, automated reality.
• Develop and Design effective test plans to make sure we deliver the right thing to the customer.
• Work with delivery and business owners to effectively coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate security and regulatory checks to make sure our code is safe and compliant before release and compliance gaps to ensure high-quality releases.
• AI is no longer an experiment; it’s an infrastructure. We would like you to help drive the use of AI within your team and the wider QA Chapter.
• You’ll help us move quality earlier into the design phase (Shift-Left) and use monitoring to see how things perform in the real world (Shift-Right).
• Collaborate with product and engineering to streamline the release process and ensure all quality gates are met.
• You’ll look at our current manual processes and find ways to replace it with smart, AI-driven solutions that give us a high Return on Investment (ROI).

Who You Are

• You have strong interest in software architecture.
• You are excited about AI-powered testing and want to stay ahead of the curve.
• You’re a fan of cloud environments (we use Azure).
• You have a strong understanding in modern automation test frameworks.
• You aren’t afraid to be the person who steps forward to set a new direction or a new standard.
• You have many QA related certifications showing your strong involvement in the QA space.
• You are university grad (CS/Info Systems/Engineering) or a self-taught pro with a solid track record in the industry.
• You have a 'customer-first' mindset, always looking at our tech through the eyes of the people using it.
