Title: Senior SDET
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite- 5 days a week)
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedΒ SDETΒ with strong automation experience in aΒ Java full stack environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks using Java.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend services.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Perform code reviews and contribute to best practices in test automation and software quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
- Continuously improve test processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in test automation and software development.
- Strong programming skills inΒ JavaΒ and familiarity with full stack development.
- Experience with automation tools such asΒ Tosca, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured.
- Solid understanding ofΒ CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
- Familiarity withΒ front-end technologiesΒ (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) andΒ backend frameworksΒ (e.g., Spring Boot).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
