About the Role
You will scale QA operations by leveraging AIโdriven tools and automation frameworks.
You will use AI technologies to expand test coverage and accelerate automation across teams and locations.
You will develop and maintain automated test suites for both web and backend systems while executing and reporting comprehensive test plans.
You will enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve automation speed and overall test coverage analysis.
You will analyze repository and commitโlevel changes to help QA teams prioritize testing efficiently and effectively.
You should champion best practices in testing, automation, and AI integration while conducting performance testing with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar platforms.
About You
You should have 6 to 8years hands on experience in QA automation tools like Selenium, CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, and issueโtracking platforms like Jira and strong understanding or experience in AIโassisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Cody, along with a strong understanding of
You should be proficient in Git, browser development tools, and writing or managing test scripts using Postmanโs JavaScriptโbased scripting capabilities.
You should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI into QA workflows for test generation, coverage analysis, and automation acceleration, supported by basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python.
You should understand security testing principles such as OAuth and token validation and have exposure to database testing using SQL.
You should be able to guide and mentor engineers on using AI tools within QA and development processes while showing strong ownership, multitasking skills, and effective collaboration with crossโfunctional teams like PM, DevOps, and Engineering.
You should be capable of designing, scoping, and managing largeโscale test strategies while leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate test design, automate testing tasks, and analyze defects efficiently.
