Your mission:

As a Software QA Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our software products. Beyond executing tests, you’ll think critically about the user experience, analyze risks, and proactively shape testing strategies that support product success.

Working closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams, you will act as a strong voice for quality by clearly communicating issues, asking thoughtful questions, and helping guide better decisions. Reporting to the Software QA Supervisor, you’ll contribute to both product-level testing and broader QA initiatives, helping elevate our overall testing practices.

Please note, we are hiring for two positions: a Software QA Analyst (Level 1) and a Software QA Analyst (Level 2). Final leveling will be based on each candidate’s experience and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate testing efforts and help facilitate discussions to resolve issues
  • Proactively plan and prepare testing activities in advance of development
  • Actively share knowledge with team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning

This role might be right for you if you have:

  • Software QA Analyst (Level 1): 1+ years of experience in Software QA or a related field
  • Software QA Analyst (Level 2): 5+ years of experience in Software QA or a related field
  • Post-secondary education in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar)
  • Experience writing test plans, executing tests, and assessing defects in software
  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to isolate problems to repeatable steps

  • Agile software experience (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with automated acceptance testing
  • General networking skills (setting up and troubleshooting networks)

You’ll be successful in this position if you:

  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
  • Are proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently without micromanagement
  • Think critically, ask thoughtful questions, and challenge assumptions when needed
  • Approach testing from a user perspective and provide meaningful, analytical feedback
