We’re pioneering a platform that enables fans to engage with YouTubers and creators through one-on-one video calls, fostering authentic interactions beyond likes and comments. Our mobile apps (available on the App Store and Play Store) and web-based CMS are actively scaling to support creators and fans seamlessly.Role Overview We’re looking for a QA Engineer to be the sole owner of QA at Fancall. This role requires deep product understanding, attention to detail, and proactive ownership to ensure high-quality deliverables across our iOS & Android apps and CMS.Responsibilities
Own end-to-end QA for mobile apps (iOS & Android) and CMS.
Design, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and automation scripts.
Perform functional, regression, and API testing (minimal website testing).
Identify, log, track, and verify defects to ensure smooth releases.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams for timely, high-quality rollouts.
Support Business Analyst (BA) duties when needed: requirement gathering, documentation, and product logic clarification.
Act as the single point of accountability for product quality and user experience.
Requirements
2–5 years of QA experience, preferably with mobile apps and CMS platforms.
Skilled in manual testing with exposure to automation (Appium, Selenium, or similar).
Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
Familiarity with iOS and Android release cycles.
Strong product intuition with the ability to understand workflows, edge cases, and user scenarios.
Excellent communication and documentation skills to support QA and BA responsibilities.
