Our mobile apps (available on the App Store and Play Store) and web-based CMS are actively scaling to support creators and fans seamlessly.Role Overview
We’re looking for a QA Engineer to be the sole owner of QA at Fancall. This role requires deep product understanding, attention to detail, and proactive ownership to ensure high-quality deliverables across our iOS & Android apps and CMS.Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end QA for mobile apps (iOS & Android) and CMS.
  • Design, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and automation scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, and API testing (minimal website testing).
  • Identify, log, track, and verify defects to ensure smooth releases.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams for timely, high-quality rollouts.
  • Support Business Analyst (BA) duties when needed: requirement gathering, documentation, and product logic clarification.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for product quality and user experience.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of QA experience, preferably with mobile apps and CMS platforms.
  • Skilled in manual testing with exposure to automation (Appium, Selenium, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android release cycles.
  • Strong product intuition with the ability to understand workflows, edge cases, and user scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to support QA and BA responsibilities.
