Software Test Lead

Monthly Gross Salary Starting From: €2,600 with potential increase available based on experience.

As a Test Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing testing practices across our internal delivery teams and third-party partners—ensuring robust, scalable solutions for business workflow automation using tools like UiPath and Power Automate.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about embedding quality from the ground up. You’ll guide teams, influence strategy, and champion continuous improvement across testing operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and uplift testing capabilities across internal teams and suppliers

• Define and implement test strategies, frameworks and governance

• Support automation adoption and process maturity

• Report on quality metrics, risks and progress to senior stakeholders

• Provide leadership continuity in the absence of the Test & Environments Manager

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in software testing, with 2+ years in a lead or coordination role

• Strong grasp of both agile and waterfall methodologies

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), and automation tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• A mindset focused on quality, resilience and continuous improvement
