Job Title: Junior QA / Software Tester
Experience:Β 2 β 5Β years
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior QA / Software Tester to join our Software Development team. The role involves performing manual testing of web applications and microservices, including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking using Azure DevOps. Collaborate with developers and analysts to validate requirements, support UAT, and contribute to automation testing using Selenium with C#. Apply foundational knowledge of STLC, SQL, and API testing while working in an Agile environment that values ownership, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Β Β Perform manual testing of web applications and microservices.Β
- Β Β Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.Β
- Β Β Log, track, and verify defects using Azure DevOps.Β
- Β Β Participate in functionality, regression, and integration testing.Β
- Β Β Support automation testing activities using Selenium with C# (training can be provided).Β
- Β Β Collaborate with developers and analysts to validate and verify requirements.
- Β Β Support UAT and release validation.Β
Education and Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Computer Science, IT) or equivalent.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of QA/testing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts, STLC, and the defect life cycle.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and data validation.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps or any test management tool.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
- Exposure to Selenium with C#.
- Knowledge of API testing.
- Understanding of CI/CD and cloud-based testing environments.
