Software Tester
Point Solutions GroupJoin Point Solutions Group and our Federal Services Team supporting innovative software and systems development efforts for the DoD and Intel Communities! We are seeking a junior-level Software Tester to join our team supporting the Bobcat program in Herndon, VA.
Responsibilities:

Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.

Work collaboratively in a team environment utilizing Agile software development methodologies.

Apply sound software engineering practices, including object-oriented programming, coding standards, unit testing, and version control.

Interface with team members, stakeholders, and customers to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Contribute to problem-solving and brainstorming sessions to develop creative, mission-focused solutions.

Ensure software is built with scalability, security, and reliability in mind.
Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated CI Polygraph.

Customer-approved security certification (Security+, SSCP, CISSP, or CASP).

Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including object-oriented programming, coding standards, unit testing, and relational databases.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
