Software Tester
We are looking for a Test Engineer with strong hands -on experience in manual and automation testing, preferably within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of testing concepts, test lifecycle activities, and at least 1+ year of experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java/Python.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

Prepare and maintain Test Strategy and Test Plan documents
<\/div>
<\/div>
Perform Test Scenario identification based on business and functional requirements
<\/div>
<\/div>
Create and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
<\/div>
<\/div>
Design and execute Test Cases (functional, integration, and regression)
<\/div>
<\/div>
Identify Test Data requirements and perform Test Data setup
<\/div>

Execute tests including:<\/b>

<\/div>
System Integration Testing (SIT)
<\/div>
<\/div>
Regression Testing
<\/div>
<\/div>
Log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools

Prepare Test Closure Reports at the end of test cycles
<\/div>
<\/div>
Provide Daily Status Reports to stakeholders
<\/div>
<\/div>
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product teams
<\/div>
<\/div>
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the SDLC/STLC

<\/div>Strong understanding of software testing concepts, STLC, and defect lifecycle
<\/div>Hands -on experience in Manual Testing
<\/div>Experience in BFSI domain (Banking, Cards, Payments, Financial Applications, etc.)
<\/div>At least 1 year of experience in Automation Testing
<\/div>Experience with Selenium
<\/div>Proficiency in either Java or Python
<\/div>Knowledge of ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) is preferred
<\/div>Good understanding of System Integration Testing and Regression Testing
<\/div>Strong analytical and communication skills
<\/div>
<\/div>Preferred Skills (Good to Have)<\/b>
<\/div>Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
<\/div>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
