Job Description
- Collaborating with the development team and business analysts to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Developing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to validate software functionality.
- Conducting functional, integration, regression, and performance testing as needed.
- Defect Tracking and Reporting - Identifying, documenting, and prioritising defects, and working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Implementing and maintaining automated testing scripts to improve efficiency and coverage of testing activities.
- Conducting regular regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Working closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to testing.
- Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in IT, Computer Engineering or similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing and Quality Assurance.
- Proficiency in manual testing and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Have expertise with Databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills should be well-versed in speaking English.
- Having HIS knowledge.
