The Division: 

Lean Industries develops and delivers comprehensive enterprise software solutions designed to lower the costs and improve the quality of managing consumer and fraud disputes, exceptions and adjustments for electronic payment transactions. A highly configurable workflow-based solution, the software is typically installed on premise at large financial institutions and merchant acquiring companies. 

Lean is growing rapidly, and we seek self-motivated individuals to assist us with customer support, market growth and ongoing project tasks. 

Overview: Role involves analyzing and understanding project requirements, elaborating high-level test scenarios into detailed test cases. 

The Position:  

We are seeking a motivated and experienced SQA Analyst to join our team. The hired individual will analyze and understand project requirements, elaborating high-level test scenarios into detailed test cases. 

The selected individual will work in the Contour Software Lahore office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the onshore R&D team.  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Understand requirements to create and maintain test case suites 

• Log defects and track fixes within established processes 

Job Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and practical experience. 

•  Minimum 4-year college or university degree in technical subjects such as computer science, engineering or business administration. 

•  2+ year of Quality Assurance experience, preferably with electronic payments and/or case management systems. 

• Understanding requirements to execute tests and maintain test case suites 

• Knowledge of any scripting language is an asset 

• Basic knowledge of SQL queries and database concepts is an asset 

• Ability to work under minimal supervision 

• Excellent organizational skills  - ability to work efficiently across multiple projects 

• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with Clients in one-on-one and in large group settings, both onsite and remote. 

• Well organized with the ability to work independently of direct manager oversight. 

• Acquire new knowledge rapidly and interprets functional and non-functional requirements quickly.
