Objective
- ReviewΒ and collaborateΒ in implementing relevant customer CSRs and other customerΒ requirements into RFQ documentation- Collaborates in determining process and product features and their implementation into RFQ

Main Responsibilities
- Β Reviews and comments on feasibility studies from suppliers
- Β Participates in the final technical evaluation of tenders for purchased products
- Β Manages the process and product approval process in accordance with VDA 2 or PPAP requirements
- Collaborates in preparing quality agreements
- Participation in audits and supervisory programs at suppliers
- Collaborates in developing and increasing supplier performance
- Manages the implementation of new customer requirements into the supply chain
- Monitors defined process and product outputs of suppliers and triggers an escalation process in case of deviations
- Regularly checks supplier evaluations and triggers an escalation process if necessary
- Create and manages the list of released suppliers
- Manages and plans supplier requalification
- Prepares and processes documents for complaint procedures
- Cooperates or manages the complaint procedure for purchased products
- Maintains a comprehensive overview of the status of complaints and manages corrective measures proposed by suppliers within the complaint process
- Cooperates as part of 8D teams with other departments in customer complaints with an impact on the purchased part

Position Requirements
- Education:Β Bachellor Degree
- Knowledge of IATF 16949; VDA standards - an advantage
- Experience with customer portalsβ’ Experience with specific customer requirements of VW, Samsung, Daimler
- Knowledge: 8D, 5W, SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team, make decisions, work under pressure
- Reliability, flexibility
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience in automotive - an advantage
- Work with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Work with SAP (QM modules)
- English - required / German - an advantate
