We are currently searching for a Sr QA Analyst / Support:
Responsibilities:

Execute QA testing activities for the SLAMNET-Parcel implementation in Mexico, adhering to defined test plans and acceptance criteria.

Create, execute, and document test cases, scenarios, and results, providing supporting evidence for all system functionalities.

Validate operational alignment ensuring the system supports Mexico Brokerage needs, including parcel processing, exception handling, and data flows.

Identify and report defects with high detail, including reproduction steps, logs, and business impact analysis.

Support defect triage by collaborating with the QA Lead, vendors, and technical teams to clarify issues and validate fixes.

Perform specialized testing including functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.

Provide second-level support for SLAMNET-Parcel, troubleshooting whether issues are related to functionality, configuration, data, or user execution.

Assist business users during stabilization phases by reproducing issues and documenting findings for the technical teams.

Maintain testing documentation and traceability logs to ensure all validation evidence is properly archived.

Participate in status meetings to provide updates on testing progress, risks, and blockers during the rollout.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Tester, or Business QA Analyst in system implementation or production support.

Mandatory knowledge of Mexico Brokerage processes, customs clearance, parcel operations, or logistics workflows.

Strong ability to convert functional requirements into detailed test cases and validation steps.

Expertise in defect management, with the ability to troubleshoot and isolate root causes (data vs. code vs. process).

Proficiency in QA tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or HP ALM.

Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple test cases and support tickets simultaneously.
Desired:
- Experience with SLAMNET systems or similar Parcel/Customs platforms.
- Technical ability to analyze system logs or basic database queries for troubleshooting.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Advanced Spanish.
