Maintain and enhance theΒ Quality Management System (QMS)Β to ensure compliance with global and local regulations.
ManageΒ internal and external audit programsΒ to uphold effectiveness and regulatory adherence.
Oversee theΒ training and education program, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to meet compliance standards.
Ensure products and processes comply withΒ Quality AgreementsΒ between regional and global manufacturing entities.
ConductΒ compliance assessmentsΒ to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to achieveΒ commercial and operational objectives.
Represent the regional team inΒ cross-functional, global projectsΒ and initiatives.
Bachelorβs degree inΒ engineering, life sciences, chemistry, or a related field.
10+ yearsΒ of experience in theΒ medical device, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry, withΒ 5+ years in a managerial role.
Proven experience inΒ leading or supporting regulatory auditsΒ (e.g., ISO, health authority inspections).
5+ yearsΒ ofΒ QMS Lead AuditorΒ experience.
Strong understanding ofΒ medical device regulations and guidelines.
Ability to collaborate effectively withΒ global and local stakeholders.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in aΒ matrixed organization.
Language proficiency:Β Native inΒ JapaneseΒ and fluent inΒ EnglishΒ (written and spoken).
