Rate Range<\/b>: Up to$96/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub -contract)<\/span>

<\/h3>- Strong Python<\/b> development skills (will be tested in CoderPad)
<\/span><\/li>- RESTful API testing<\/b> experience
<\/span><\/li>- SQL<\/b> proficiency (complex queries, database validation, backend testing)
<\/span><\/li>- Test automation framework<\/b> development (UI, API, and integration levels)
<\/span><\/li>- CI/CD pipeline<\/b> experience (Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar)
<\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with BDD/TDD<\/b> (Gherkin)
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in Big Data testing<\/b><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>- Collaborate with software engineers to understand the complex ad technology ecosystem.
<\/span><\/li>- Design and build automated test frameworks and suites<\/b> across UI, API, and integration layers.
<\/span><\/li>- Participate in platform design discussions to enable richer and more effective test coverage.
<\/span><\/li>- Develop and execute test cases<\/b>, both manual and automated, ensuring high -quality releases.
<\/span><\/li>- Lead automation efforts by converting manual tests into reusable automated tests.
<\/span><\/li>- Diagnose, triage, and resolve<\/b> issues across distributed systems and services.
<\/span><\/li>- Partner with product and engineering teams in Agile sprints, supporting 4–5 engineers per cycle.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/h3>- Bachelor’s degree<\/b> in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
<\/span><\/li>- Minimum 4+ years of experience<\/b> in software test development (functional and non -functional).
<\/span><\/li>- Proven track record of building or improving test automation frameworks<\/b>.
<\/span><\/li>- Hands -on experience integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines<\/b>.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices<\/b> and Agile methodology.
<\/span><\/li>- Independent, detail -oriented, and proactive in improving testing culture and quality standards.
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent communication and problem -solving skills, capable of working in a fast -paced, cross -functional environment.
