PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $97,400.00 - $181,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITS

IMPACT YOUβLL MAKE:
As a Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), youβll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our new mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS). Your work will directly impact our members by preventing bugs and integration issues, enabling faster and safer delivery of mortgage-related features. Youβll collaborate closely with developers and a QE contractor to build robust automated test plans and validate complex API integrations. Your contributions will help shape a seamless and secure experience for our members.
To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If youβre located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.Β Β For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.Β
