Sr. Test Engineer SFDC
- 5 Plus years of experience in Salesforce - preferably Salesforce public sector, Service, shield & Sales cloud modules
- Experience in complete Test Life Cycle, from requirements understanding, test case design, review, execution and traceability
- Good Understanding of Salesforce functionality, Business Process, workflows, end to end process across Salesforce and connecting streams / systems
- Defect Management & Defect Triage
- Strong experience in various phases including, ST, SIT, E2E, UAT support
- Experienced in preparing daily status reports and publishing internally
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes
- Good exposure working Agile
- Experienced in using tools like ADO, Jira for test & defect management & RTM creation
- Good to have experience in Automation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
