We are seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead end-to-end quality engineering across Organization’s digital ecosystem, including mobile apps, web platforms, authentication journeys, and API integrations. This strategic role drives the shift toward automation-first, AI-led testing, embedding modern engineering practices across the SDLC to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise-wide test strategies across mobile, web, APIs, and digital journeys.
• Champion automation-first and AI-led testing (intelligent test generation, predictive defect analytics, self-healing frameworks, autonomous orchestration).
• Establish AI-driven quality intelligence with real-time insights (release risk scoring, defect leakage prediction, test effectiveness).
• Embed accessibility by design (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA compliance).
• Drive performance engineering maturity (load, stress, scalability, resilience testing).
• Lead and scale distributed QA teams, uplifting capability in automation, AI-driven testing, accessibility, and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Cyber Security, CX, and Design.
• Establish data-driven quality governance and integrate AI-enabled quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal Background

• 10+ years in software quality engineering, with leadership in digital/mobile QA.
• Deep expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, API automation).
• Proven experience with AI-led automation and predictive analytics.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and performance engineering tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud-native testing.
• Experience leading distributed teams and leveraging observability/telemetry for quality insights.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and financial services/payments domain (preferred).
