Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a qualified and innovative Staff Production Test Lead (Level 5) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test & Evaluation organization in Melbourne, FL.
The Production Test Execution Lead will direct a dedicated multi-discipline production test team responsible for the comprehensive functional and system testing. This role ensures that each weapon system is built to specifications, validates craftsmanship, and generates the data required for airworthiness certification and customer payment. The Lead will plan, schedule, and oversee all test activities, coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and government liaison offices, and guarantee that test documentation meets regulatory and contractual standards.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelorβs Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 12 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Masterβs Degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Ph.D. in a STEM discipline and 8 years of related professional/military experience.
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
Experience with Atlassian tools stack, , i.e. Jira, Confluence, etc.
Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize technical data from multiple sources and present clear, actionable findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience in in test program execution. (I.e. developing test procedures, implementing technical edits and successfully executing test protocols, etc.)

Primary Level Salary Range: $152,900.00 - $229,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
