We are looking for a Support/QA Engineer who is passionate about ensuring product reliability, solving technical challenges, and driving customer satisfaction. In this role, you will bridge the gap between support and engineering, investigating and reproducing reported issues, validating bug fixes, and maintaining high-quality standards for our platforms. You will play a key role in delivering stable, efficient, and trustworthy systems that empower our customers and partners worldwide.
ΒResponsibilities
Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot technical issues escalated from internal teams and customer support
Execute manual and automated test plans to validate new features and fixes
Collaborate with engineering teams to verify feature specs and fixesΒ
Monitor logs, metrics, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues
Contribute to QA process improvements, automation coverage, and support tools
Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for internal and external use
Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure product stability
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support, QA, or software testing
Strong troubleshooting skills with proficiency in SQL/log analysis and debugging tools
Experience with test case design, execution, and bug tracking systems (e.g. Jira)
Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, PHPUnit or similar) is an asset
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Experience with APIs, cloud environments, and/or CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Compensation
Starting salary for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
