Test Engineer -ATM Switch (Base24 & IST) for Banking Project

• Plan and execute end-to-end pilot testing across payment channels (POS, ATM, ECOM, IST, Base 24 Switch).
• Review and execute test cases, scenarios, and test scripts per business and certification requirements.
• Validate issuer and acquirer transaction flows for authorization, reversal, refund, and settlement.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams to manage test cycles, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Prepare and share daily and final test execution reports, including defect logs and sign-off summaries.
• Support UAT readiness by verifying system connectivity (host, switch, SFTP, and terminals).
• Analyse logs and transactions for troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and confirming defect fixes.
• Ensure compliance with payment scheme rules and certification processes (e.g., Visa, MasterCard).

• Hands-on experience with Base24 Classic / Base24-eps and/or IST/Switchlink.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 8583, EMV, ATM/POS transaction processing, and card life cycle.

• Understanding of HSM processes (PIN translation, key exchange).

• Experience with ATM simulators (Diebold/NCR simulators preferred).

3–8 years of experience in ATM switch testing in banking/payment domains.
