Software Test Engineer

Enfield - On-Site

£40,000-£50,000

 

I’m currently working for a global engineering business who are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join their growing team in Enfield. The company have been going for over 30 years and develop products across a wide range of industries from surveillance & security to maritime and defence!

 

The main requirement of the role is to have excellent testing experience within a mainly Automation Tool-Driven Testing environment. You will work closely with the development teams, and focus primarily on functional & non-functional, but there will be scope to carry out Test Automation or CI/CD Maintenance. You will ideally have some experience with Python as that is the main language they use across the business.

 

The Software Test Engineer role requires on-site working in Enfield and would require office working 5-days a week. Flexible hours available.

 

Technical Requirements

• Experience in Automation & Tool-Driven Testing.
• Good knowlegde of testing Windows applications.
• Fully confident with the SDLC.
• Ideally have worked with variety of scripting languages and e-commerce Testing.
• Confident working amongst different teams.
• Ideally have a ISTQB certification or equivalent.

 

Salary/Benefits

• £40,000-£50,000
• Flexible hours - 4.5 days a week.
