Requirements
- Preparation and
execution of test cases within project in compliance with the test and
method standards
- Raising defects found
during the testing and working with developers on their resolution
- Working with
Requirements engineerβs development of acceptance criteria
- Support the creation of
decision documents for corresponding committees, meetings and
decision-makers
- Support the early-stage
involvement in project β contribution in project estimations in regard to
test area and requirements analysis
- Support the defect
management process in the project, including subsequent root cause
analysis
- Support the tracking
of Test KPI and metrics in accordance with ETSM standards
- 5-7 yearsβ experience in manual or automation testing
- Knowledge of Assets with Client Server Architecture
and rich client based user interfaces
- Knowledge of Contact Center Software and Customer
