Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and analyze a comprehensive suite of performance workloads and system benchmarks using JMeter and Gatling for release readiness.

• Collaborate closely with system and application developers to gather non-functional testing requirements and deliver performance fixes and proactive optimizations.

• Design, prototype, and evaluate improvements to system performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and enhance performance test scripts with strong technical debugging and scripting skills.

• Conduct benchmarking, performance analysis, and capacity modeling to support system capacity planning.

• Configure and maintain performance testing setups within CI/CD pipelines, including issue investigation and resolution.

• Utilize APM tools such as Datadog to identify bottlenecks, pinpoint root causes, and provide actionable performance insights.
