Test Lead

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about setting up Software development practices, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and maintain detailed manual test cases for new and existing features.
• Perform API testing using Postman, including creating and executing collections and test scenarios.
• Build, maintain, and execute automated UI tests using Playwright (TypeScript) for web applications.
• Analyze customer incidents, reproduce issues, and support the team in debugging and root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain documentation for features, test coverage, and known issues.
• Participate actively in team meetings (refinement, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and provide quality-related input.
• Log clear, well-documented bugs and collaborate with developers and product owners to prioritize them.

What you should have:

• Have 6+ years of experience in software testing, primarily focused on web applications.
• Are strong in manual testing practices, including test design, execution, and regression verification.
• Have good hands-on knowledge of API testing using Postman.
• Have at least 1+ years of practical experience with Playwright for UI test automation.
• Have basic knowledge of TypeScript and can read, understand, and write simple test scripts.
• Are comfortable analyzing logs, reproducing complex issues, and providing detailed investigation notes.
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken form and keep documentation up to date.
• Enjoy working in an agile team, actively collaborating with developers, product owners, and support.
• Take ownership of quality and are proactive in identifying risks and proposing improvements.
