Key Responsibilities:
Β- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript, Cucumber, Cypress or similar technologies like Java/.Net with Selenium to ensure the robustness, scalability, and performance of our applications
- Jenkins for continuous deployment
- Design and implement Test Automation Frameworks incorporating Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles using Cucumber with an emphasis on efficiency,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate data flows and end-to-end system functionality.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Use performance testing tools like JMeter to assess the system performance, identify bottlenecks and suggest performance improvements
- Experience in using complex SQL queries or similar to perform data validation and ensuring data integrity
- Experience in testing applications deployed on cloud platforms like AWS
- Experience in Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of the overall testing process within an Agile framework
- Knowledge of various testing methodologies and test automation tools, with hands- on experience in designing and building Test Automation Frameworks from scratch.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience
- Proven experience in test automation using Cucumber, Selenium, .Net.
- Strong understanding of REST API testing.
- Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in test automation or software testing are a plus.
