Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in
the Insurance Domain, specifically in New Business Processes, and Policy
Administration Systems. The candidate should have proven experience leading testing
teams and driving quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects.
Mandatory Skills
β’ 6β7 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
β’ Strong Insurance Domain knowledge with deep understanding of:
o Policy Issuance and Policy Servicing
β’ Experience working on Life Insurance applications.
β’ Hands-on experience with Insurance Policy Administration Systems (e.g., Ingenium
or similar platforms).
β’ Strong knowledge of Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing,
and UAT Support.
β’ Experience in defect management and test reporting.
Leadership Responsibilities
β’ Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
β’ Prepare test strategy, test plans, and test execution reports.
β’ Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and
Stakeholders.
β’ Track testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
β’ Drive release readiness and ensure high-quality deliveries.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
β’ Exposure to API Testing and Test Management tools.
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
β’ Ensure end-to-end testing coverage for onboarding and new business journeys.
β’ Review test cases, test execution results, and defect reports.
β’ Manage test execution timelines and quality deliverables.
β’ Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
