Salesforce QA Lead JD β’ 8+ years of Salesforce QA experience. β’ 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience. β’ Strong knowledge of Salesforce features (custom objects, workflows, Lightning components). β’ Expertise in manual and automated testing. β’ Hands-on experience with testing tools Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). β’ Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. β’ Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and custom objects. β’ Test Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and APIs. β’ Automate test cases using open source or scriptless frameworks. β’ Identify and track defects using tools like JIRA. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met. β’ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist end-users. β’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools. β’ Excellent analytical and communication skills. β’ Additional 2-5 yearsβ experience with Salesforce and overall QA experience β’ Experience leading a testing team in delivery of a large-scale product on the Salesforce platform. β’ Experience designing testing programs from the inception of a project including strategies for various forms of testing, incorporation into agile and devops processes, processes for maintenance of test plans and results. β’ Ability to mentor and coach less experience testers/team members to improve their overall skills. β’ Understanding of how to test ETL, ELT and API based data integrations in and out of Salesforce. β’ Experience designing, planning, and supporting UAT activities. β’ Experience designing test suites for various coverage scenarios (i.e. regression, smoke, feature) β’ Commitment to incorporating testing into larger devops programs.
