We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing skilled in building and managing end-to-end test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth in Selenium automation, API testing, and TDD/BDD frameworks, along with the ability to own quality strategy, guide teams, and drive automation best practices in an Agile delivery environment

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Primary Skills: Automation Testing, Selenium, API, Cucumber, BDD, Karate, JSON
We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and Test scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your future duties and responsibilities
. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit
. Perform API Testing using Postman and Rest Assured
. Experience in Ready API, Bitbucket, TestNG, GIT, Jenkins.
. Experience in GIT, Jira and confluence.
. Develop and execute Regression and Smoke test suites to ensure application stability
. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for new and existing features
. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality deliverables
. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and QA-related ceremonies
. Conduct root cause analysis and work with the development team to resolve defects
. Provide release support by performing pre/post-deployment testing in staging/production environments
. Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and automation across projects
. Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical audience.
. Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas to stakeholders and partners.
. Builds strong commitment within the team to support the appropriate team priorities.
. Agile/scrum experience.
. Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Skills:
. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
. Proficiency with JUnit and TestNG frameworks
. Solid knowledge of Postman and Rest Assured for API testing
. Deep understanding of Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and API Testing methodologies
. Experience with Test Planning, defect tracking, and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
. Familiarity with Agile QA practices, Scrum ceremonies, and CI/CD processes
. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
. Good communication and collaboration skills
Good To Have Skills:
. Salesforce familiarity is a plus
. Familiar with the usage of GitHub Co-Pilot
. Experience working in Agile model with onshore team.
