Description

Manage the delivery of automation testing initiatives using TOSCA. Involve in planning, execution, and reporting of automated test cycles, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, SMEs, and development teams to implement robust automation solutions.



Responsibilities

Automation Lead โ€“ Must Have

  • Strong expertise in TOSCAย (module creation, test case design, API automation, execution lists, Vision AI/selfโ€‘healing).
  • Handsโ€‘on experience leading automation strategyย across SIT, regression, and release testing cycles.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce workflowsย (catalog, cart, checkout, payments, order lifecycle).
  • Exposure to LambdaTest / BrowserStackย for crossโ€‘browser, crossโ€‘device automation.
  • Experience working with TOSCA AI capabilities, including Vision AI, intelligent object recognition, and dynamic element handling.
  • Knowledge of AIโ€‘driven automation techniques, such as autoโ€‘generation of test scripts or AIโ€‘based impact analysis.
  • Proven ability to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelinesย and ensure stable, repeatable executions.
  • Experience maintaining and scaling large automation suitesย across multiple releases.
  • Strong debugging and rootโ€‘cause analysis skillsย for automation failures and environment issues.
  • Ability to identify automation candidatesย and create/maintain an automation backlog aligned with QE governance.
  • Hands-on experience with test data readinessย for automated scenarios.
  • Strong experience in requirement traceabilityย from user stories โ†’ test cases โ†’ automated scripts (e.g., JIRA).
  • Experience mentoring automation teamsย and enforcing QE standards, best practices, and code reviews


Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10โ€“12 years of experience in Test Automation, with Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA, LambdaTest / BrowserStack, TOSCA AI capabilities
  • Knowledge of AIโ€‘driven automation techniques, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Prior experience in leading automation teams.
