Test Lead- BANKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Job brief

We are seeking a Test Lead to streamline all activities from the planning to implementation of test plans and products.

Responsibilities

• Determine the need for creating and managing the different test plans (Master Plan &/or Detailed Test Plan).
• Preparing test plan (s) and obtaining the requisite approvals
• Designing, constructing and documenting traceability matrices
• Performing an assessment of risks related to testing for the project and developing a test strategy and plan to mitigate the risks
• Tracking test progress including variances and providing regular status reports to the Test Manager or Project Manager
• Escalating testing related issues as required to the Test Manager, Business and Project Management
• Preparing and delivering the Test Completion report to the Business and Project Management upon completion of testing for review and approval.
• Managing the test team through the completion of their activities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering and/or ICT.
• Able to effectively and quickly adapt new technology
• Good communication skills
