Test Lead

The Demand Manager will be responsible for end-to-end demand management and resource planning for the Testing CoE, ensuring that testing demand from multiple projects and business units is translated into timely resource deployment. The role will act as the key interface between business/project stakeholders, TCoE leadership, delivery teams, recruitment, and resource management teams.
The individual will ensure optimum utilization of the testing workforce, timely fulfillment of demand, effective deployment of skilled resources, and proactive management of upcoming capacity requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the centralized demand pipeline across all TCoE engagements.
- Capture, validate and prioritize testing resource requirements from projects.
- Understand demand in terms of skill, experience, domain, technology, location, duration and start date.
- Maintain a forward-looking demand forecast covering immediate, near-term and medium-term requirements.
- Identify potential demand gaps and escalate risks proactively.
