  • Partner with development technical leads to understand feature design and define test approaches and high-level test plans for scrum team execution
  • Review test plans, manage post-design scope changes, and resolve testing issues throughout the software development life cycle
  • Plan and execute integration testing with third-party systems and validate end-to-end workflows across dependent platforms
  • Develop and maintain testing artifacts that support traceability, delivery methodology, and quality reporting
  • Lead defect validation, triage, and resolution activities, and analyze root causes to identify trends and support process improvements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to quality assurance team members across testing activities and software development life cycle stages
  • Build effective working relationships with development, quality assurance, and client teams to improve collaboration and delivery outcomes

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in software testing, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting
  • 5+ years of experience testing Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, or related financial services applications
  • 5+ years of experience defining test strategies, reviewing test plans, and coordinating quality activities across multiple scrum teams, projects, or release cycles
  • 3+ years of experience performing application programming interface (API) testing using Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler, Charles, or similar tools
  • 3+ years of experience testing native mobile applications with knowledge of mobile testing techniques, operating system behavior, and device compatibility considerations
  • 3+ years of experience planning and executing integration testing with third-party systems in complex application environments
  • Experience leading program-level defect triage, managing quality risks, and driving continuous improvement across testing processes
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience leading testing strategy across program or multi-project delivery models
  • Experience planning quality assurance activities across multiple release cycles
  • Experience coaching quality assurance team members on testing approaches and execution practices
