- 3+ years of experience with Java or other object-oriented languages
- Experience writing and maintaining automated tests (e.g., JUnit, Playwright)
- Solid understanding of software design principles and documentation standards
- Proficiency with Java 21, Maven, SQL, and both relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with APIs and their practical use
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with legacy systems and modern architectures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership experience and mentoring capabilities
Insurance industry knowledge is a plus
