Role Test Lead - Manual Responsibilities Cohesively engage to understand requirements (FSD/ BRD/ User stories etc.) Prepare high level test scenarios and write test cases. Test execution of the test cases designed. Defect management through defect tracking tool. Reporting the status to the stakeholders. The Role offers Opportunity to think and develop test approach which will optimize test effort and provides comprehensive learning opportunity to look at ways to improve testing . Essential Skills Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Manual testing. Good understanding of the STLC process. Any domain knowledge (BFS/ insurance/ telecom/ Healthcare). Any test/ defect management tool knowledge. Good in testing methodologies (Waterfall/ Agile). Fundamental knowledge in basic SQL queries. Ability to work in shifts and effectively in a collaborative environment. Good verbal and written communication. Essential Qualification BE/ B. Tech in any specialization
