Description
Role : Test Lead - Manual Responsibilities: Focused on functional and exploratory testing. Analyze the business requirement and draft the detailed level of test plan. Create Test strategy and test approach which comprehensively tests all the functional and end to end needs of the application Reviewing Test Cases, RTM and clarify the issues and concerns raised by team members. Participation in Test execution and created Test schedule for system testing. Defect management through defect tracking tool. Coordination with development/ project team counterparts on project/ release related activities. Lead complete STLC process with deliverable on time with an excellent quality and Highlight/ Escalate the risk and issues in a timely manner. Status communication with all the stakeholders like development team, business, product delivery team and senior management. Maintain QA artifacts for audit purpose and report QA metrics. The Role offers: Opportunity to think and develop automation framework to eliminate manual testing efforts which will add value to business. Essential Skills: Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Manual testing. Expertise on STLC process. Expertise on any domain (BFS/ insurance/ telecom/ Healthcare). Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skill. Expertise in Agile methodology. Strong knowledge in SQL queries. Solid experience in creating test strategies and effort estimates. Expertise in test management tools β JIRA and HP ALM. Ability to work in shifts and effectively in a collaborative environment. Essential Qualification: BE/ B. Tech in any specialization
