The Test Lead will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing end-to-end testing activities for Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Billing systems, with strong hands-on expertise in Majesco Billing.
This role ensures billing solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations prior to production release.
The Test Lead will manage testing across functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases while coordinating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves mentoring test team members and driving best practices in test governance and quality assurance.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $97371 to $121364
