Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Define and
implement test strategies, plans, and processes for projects.<\/span>
<\/li>- Lead and
mentor QA teams; ensure effective task allocation and quality delivery.<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate
with development, product, and business teams to align testing with
requirements.<\/span>
<\/li>- Review and
approve test cases, scripts, and oversee automation frameworks.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure test
coverage, traceability, defect tracking, and manage test environments.<\/span>
<\/li>- Provide
testing updates, metrics, and reports to stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/li>- Support UAT
and production validation.<\/span>
<\/li>- Design,
develop, and maintain Playwright -based automation for UI and API testing<\/span>
<\/li>- Execute
automated tests, report results, and conduct code reviews.<\/span>
<\/li>- Participate in
Agile ceremonies and promote best practices in automation and CI/CD.<\/span>

<\/p>Required Skills<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Proven
experience leading QA/testing teams.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong
knowledge of STLC, test methodologies, and QA tools (Jira, ALM,
PractiTest).<\/span>
<\/li>- Hands -on
experience with manual and automated testing.<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency in
Playwright, API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured), and
Selenium.<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience
with MS Power Apps in Retail domain (Timesheet, Allowances, Cash
Discrepancies, Staff Management).<\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent
communication, leadership, and analytical skills.<\/span>
