Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the overall test strategy and comprehensive test plan
- Review, restructure, and improve existing test documentation, identifying and filling gaps
- Select appropriate testing tools and technology stack based on system environment (Java-compatible approach)
- Plan and manage test cycles aligned with Waterfall phases, including defining entry and exit criteria
- Apply risk-based testing methodologies
- Coordinate and manage daily activities of internal and external testers and automation engineers
- Collaborate with internal test coordinators and delegate operational tasks
- Train and support internal test coordinators
- Oversee defect management processes and handle escalations
- Prepare and present weekly status reports and monthly test reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes and testing standards
Requirements:
- ISTQB Advanced Level β Test Manager certification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in test management
- Experience in at least 2 completed Waterfall projects (with references)
- Strong experience testing complex systems (Web, API, and/or Desktop applications)
- Proven track record in reviewing and improving test documentation
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to work in structured enterprise environments
Advantages:
