Test Manager
8 to 12 years of experience in Manual & Automation testing. Should have hands on experience on Selenium, cucumber or Karate Design and Build Test Automation Framework. Prior Test Management experience. Understanding the Business Requirements and design and implement Test Automation Scripts accordingly. Build & execute Test Automation Scripts as per the standards and Test Automation guidelines. Collaborating with other QA and Software Developers to develop the solutions. Testing the application and verifying all the required scenarios to make sure the bug free release. Finding solutions to the given problem and fixing the bugs, perform root cause analysis & impact assessments. Perform through Regression Testing when bugs are resolved. Defect management lifecycle exposure (using Jira) from defect reporting. Understanding of Agile way of working. Experience in Performance testing Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. Experience in Jmeter. Should be aware about - Selenium, BDD Cucumber, Test NG , JMeter, Manual Testing, Automation testing, API Testing & Automation, Building framework from Scratch., JiRA knowledge, , Defect Management, Test Report creation, Agile way of working, Performance /load/stress testing Good to have - Understanding of GIT/Bit Bucket. CI/CD Pipeline, Xray Framework, Security testing
