Test Manager
Infuse ConsultingRole Responsibilities
β’ Undertake role of project test manager responsible for all aspects of test delivery across all test phases on a project.
β’ Create project-level test deliverables including Test Strategy, Approach, Plans, Reports & Metrics, and Test Completion Reports .
β’ Define test processes and establish quality goals β’ Define and develop test automation strategies and methodologies with clear ROI analysis.
β’ Produce detailed test estimates for test preparation and execution activities with the ability to deliver to these estimates.
β’ Design and develop test metrics, dashboards and status reports, and present to client and 3rd party stakeholders.
β’ Lead a team of quality engineers covering planning, estimating, managing and reporting on tasks.
β’ Ability to define and implement risk-based test techniques and processes for ensuring test coverage and traceability.
β’ Experience in using test and defect management tools (eg Jira, Xray, ADO).
β’ Capable of working directly with customer to gain acceptance of the software.
β’ Ability to mentor less experienced team members and lead by example in both technical and non-technical aspects of the role.
β’ Represent Infuse leadership to client stakeholders in professional and committed manner Leadership Responsibilities.

Requirements
β’ Extensive experience β minimum of 10 years - in delivering complex test projects in role of test manager
β’ Good working knowledge of test automation, DevOps, test environments, test data, test management and SDLC tools
β’ Experience in team management and development and mentoring of junior engineering talent
β’ Experience in stakeholder management including presenting status reports and project deliverables
β’ Must be detail oriented, analytical and creative thinker with passion for quality and test automation
β’ Strong collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skill
