Test Manager

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Test Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure testability.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to testing, such as defect density, test coverage, and test execution efficiency.
• Utilize and implement appropriate testing tools and technologies.
• Analyze test results, identify and document defects, and track them to resolution.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and issues.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential testing risks.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a test management role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with various testing types (functional, regression, integration, performance, security, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of testers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
