Responsibilities:
- Lead the testing lifecycle of 2-3 projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Manage test management activities such as requirement analysis, test design, SIT, UAT, defect management, and warranty support.
- Develop and implement Test Strategy and Test Planning for each project.
- Generate and deliver regular test deliverables reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize JIRA for defect tracking and Zephyr for test management, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.
- Apply test management metrics and estimation techniques to track project progress and success.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including Program Manager, Solution Architect, UAT Manager, and Development Team.
- Mentor and guide a team of 5-10 testers, ensuring productivity and quality deliverables.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, overseeing testing lifecycles for 2-3 projects from planning to go-live.
- Comprehensive understanding of test management activities including requirement analysis, test design, SIT, UAT, defect management, and warranty support.
- Proficiency in managing project timelines, anticipating risks/issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ability to develop Test Strategy and Test Planning at project initiation.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect management and Zephyr for test management is preferred.
- Familiarity with test management metrics, estimation techniques, and reporting practices.
- Strong technical skills including SQL scripting/queries, batch runs, and test execution processes.
- Domain knowledge in Actimize, Mantas, Detica, and AML-KYC applications is a plus.
