Description
JD: β’ Define the overall test strategy and policies for the program/Project. β’ Review and approve test plans created by Test Leads. β’ Choose appropriate testing tools and frameworks. β’ Estimate test effort and define budgets. β’ Allocate resources (Test Leads, Testers, Tools, Environment). β’ Provide overall QE status, metrics, and KPIs to leadership. β’ Manage expectations and negotiate testing timelines or scope. β’ Identify risks and define mitigation strategies for test phases. β’ Approve contingency plans when testing timelines are impacted. β’ Monitor and improve test processes (e.g., shift-left testing, automation adoption). β’ Lead retrospectives and quality improvement initiatives. β’ Drive implementation of QE best practices and compliance frameworks.
