Requirements
12Γ’ΒΒ15 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Management roles.
Strong expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, STLC management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
Domain experience in BFSI, preferably within the Nordic region.
Extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end test management, including test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and quality governance across multiple testing phases.
Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) to effectively collaborate with local business stakeholders, lead UAT activities, and manage client-facing communication.
Strong experience working in Agile environments with hands-on exposure to test management and tracking tools such as JIRA.
Expertise in quality metrics tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven ability to lead large QA teams and manage test governance across multi-vendor environments while ensuring compliance with business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Domain expertise in BFSI/Insurance with knowledge of claims, policy administration, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR.
Experience with test automation and CI/CD integration to support faster release cycles and improved regression testing coverage.
Exposure to large-scale Agile SAFe delivery models with experience managing cross-team dependencies and coordinating testing across multiple squads.
Familiarity with non-functional testing areas including performance, security, and accessibility testing.
Lead end-to-end testing and validation activities to ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are validated before production release.
Define and drive the overall test strategy, planning, governance, and execution aligned with Agile delivery models, CI/CD pipelines, and release schedules.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery squads to ensure alignment on scope, testing readiness, and defect resolution.
Ensure complete test coverage across applications and releases by coordinating SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities across multiple squads, including formal sign-off management.
