Test Manager

Do you want a front-row seat in developing quality assurance for Finnish and international gaming – while also growing your own expertise in agile software development? Are you a quality assurance professional with a passion for testing processes and practices? Would you like to work on meaningful projects where your skills genuinely make a difference? Is prioritizing and coordinating team efforts second nature to you, and can you seamlessly integrate testing methodologies as a natural part of a project?

We are now looking for a Test Manager for a permanent, full-time position in the Veikkaus Quality Assurance.

At Veikkaus Quality Assurance, you will be part of building and implementing versatile testing activities together with industry professionals and our partners. Our QA responsibilities cover a wide range of games – from slot machines to online poker, from Lotto to betting games – across mobile, desktop, and physical devices.

In this role, you’ll ensure product quality and customer experience, strengthen production readiness, and provide guidance, coordination, and support for quality experts and application designers. Therefore, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a service-oriented attitude are highly valued.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in testing and quality assurance, as well as a drive to further develop these areas, especially in diverse operational environments. Ideally, you will have several years of quality assurance experience, including working as a Test Manager or QA specialist in large-scale projects (such as ERP implementations). Previous experience in supervising others and familiarity with AI in testing are considered advantages.

To succeed in this role, we expect:

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other specialists
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Finnish and English
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and a good understanding of technical testing

We value problem-solving skills, the ability to manage end-to-end processes, and knowledge of testing tools, instruments, and methods. You will have the opportunity to participate in planning and managing testing, which also includes hands-on testing.

The position is located at Veikkaus’ headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. We work flexibly in a hybrid model with three on-site days per week.
