What we are looking for:

A Test Manager to join our Singapore team. Must be currently located in Singapore and happy to work 5 days per week onsite.

• Test Strategy & Planning 
• Team & Stakeholder Management 
• Test Execution & Reporting 
• Tools & Environment Management 
• Risk & Compliance Identify testing risks and 

Experience required:

• 8+ years of experience in software testing
• Minimum 3 years as a Test Manager on large-scale enterprise programs. 
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end testing lifecycle for large transformation programs. 
• Expertise in test planning, test case design, defect management, and reporting. 
• Experience in both waterfall and agile/hybrid project environments. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Understanding of EPM systems (e.g., CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle Cloud EPM, SAP BPC) – Highly desirable
