Responsibilities:
- Define and implement test strategy and plans.
- Manage test teams and resources. Coordinate with stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Oversee risk management and reporting
- Budget and schedule management
- Drive continuous improvement in testing process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing
- STQB Advanced Level certification.
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Experience with test management tools
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
